There is no shop and no call centre. Messages are read and answered by the people who know the pieces. In Qatar the quickest route is WhatsApp, or an hour with the stones in Doha on a Friday or Saturday.
| Seeing the work in Doha | Every Friday and Saturday at the Rosewood, Lusail. An hour, one party at a time, with the stones on the table. | Book a viewing |
| A particular ring | Use the enquiry on the ring itself. It carries the questions we need answered, so the first reply can be useful rather than a request for more information. | See the series |
| Something drawn from scratch | Commissions begin with a description rather than a drawing. | How commissions work |
| A piece you already own | Gold and stones you have can be reworked, within limits we will state plainly. | Your gold, reimagined |
| An existing order | Reply to your order email so it reaches the right thread. Please include the order number. | |
| Repairs and resizing | Tell us what has happened and send a photograph if you can. A piece can be brought to a Doha viewing rather than posted. | Lodge a repair request |

Resizing, repairs and warranty work are handled by our team, and a piece can be brought to a Doha viewing rather than posted abroad.
